CloPeMa Stack Dependencies

This is a list of dependencies of the CloPeMa Stack, when adding external dependency please indicate which package needs it and supply a command or ubuntu package which satisfies it.

Dependencies for Hydro

pip install docopt==0.6.1

ROS Packages

sudo apt-get install ros-fuerte-arm-navigation ros-fuerte-openni-launch ros-fuerte-perception-pcl-fuerte-unstable

In UG, the following package have to be installed; otherwise the "armadillo" package sends an error:

sudo apt-get install ros-fuerte-object-manipulation ros-fuerte-object-manipulation ros-fuerte-arm-navigation* ros-fuerte-pr2-object-manipulation

External dependencies

Installing PyKDL library

sudo apt-get install ros-hydro-python-orocos-kdl

GSL - GNU Scientific Library (clopema_perception_graps)

The GSL is used for computation in graps point detection based on wrinkledness.

Installation:

sudo apt-get install libgsl0-dev
