This is a list of Motoman DX100 errors and possibly solutions to them.
ALARM 0500: SEGMENT PROC NOT READY¶
This alarm is sometimes raised which connection using telnet. Only solution so far is to restart the controller.
ALARM 1221: ETERNET INITIAL PROCESS ERROR¶
This error arose when I accidentally unplug ethernet cable, plugging it back and restarting removed the alarm.
ALARM 4311 ENCODER BACK-UP ERROR¶
The error appears together with ALARM 4107. This alarm can be reseted but the controller does not start the motion job (it can be moved by pendant joint by joint but not in cartesian coordinates). The "Check position [R1R2*S1*]" was showing. It was reset by setting home position. In management mode selevt ROBOT > HOME POSITION (there should be a * in one some of the fields) press select to set the current position as a home position.
ALARM 4107 OUT OF RANGE (ABSO DATA)¶
Solved by resetting the home position.
