Renishaw IRC sensors Installation manual

The Renishaw IRC sensors have resolution 11840000 (11.840.000) per one rotation.

Just few observations regarding robot setting to the horizontal level:
  • R750 base upper rim is not horizontal, it is almost horizontal in front-back direction but it is slightly leaning to left. It is almost not measurable using our equipment (standard water level).
  • The plate supporting stereo stand does not look horizontal, but when torso axis rotates, it looks the torso axis is almost vertical, up to the degree we are able to measure it.
